I didn't have high hopes for mFortune after seeing reviews on here before signing up, when just looking for a good sign up bonus. However they offered £10 no deposit, so I just took that and didn't deposit as I was put off by said reviews. However it's the only Casino that has invited me multiple times, (as a non depositing customer) to spin their wheel of fortune, for a chance to win free spins on launches of new games. I have won 15-35 spins from these invitations over the last few months and been close to passing the wager requirements to withdraw funds.

So mFortune provides unlimited freeplay sessions, too many free spin invites to remember (in about 5 months) that it only felt right to deposit and give them a chance. I've deposited £6 and had it up to about £20 but lost it. Then a week or two after deposited £5 and £3 together from my phone, went up to £50 to £12, back up to £56 to £15 and back to £49 down to £30 and just withdrew £20 to test it out. The next day I had a text just before 3pm saying £20 withdrawal processed and 15 minutes later it was in my account.
Just an honest review from a sceptical customer.

MFortune owe me over £11000 and have not paid me out for 23 days. I am now thinking they are a scam company. And reading some other reviews it seems that quite a lot of people are not being paid out and are also saying MFortune are a scam outfit 🤷🏽‍♂️ Lost as to what to do other than report them to the gambling commission.

UPDATE these wollies have finally paid me out £11400 nearly 2 months after I made my withdrawal. Rubbish company steer clear! Stick to well known brands like

Do not believe these fake reviews of people saying they pay out super quick ! They don’t ! And they almost make you feel like your a criminal. There whole set up is designed so you have very little way of communicating with them. An absolute nightmare. Had to get IBAS involved. DO NOT USE MFORTUNE is my advice !
If anyone has problems with them feel free to message me or better still go straight to IBAS (but be warned that IBAS won’t step in untill 8 weeks has passed) ps screen shot everything cause they tell lie after lie

if you try and make a withdrawal they will ban you. Happy to take your money but won't pay out.

Closed account and withheld winnings, despite having all documents verified OK by MFortune. The company withheld my £85 winnings and gave me a reason about not passing security checks for withdrawal. The documents given had already passed all checks with 3x different casino sites and I was able to withdraw fine with them.
Do not trust MFourtune, they have used weak T&Cs to withhold genuine winnings and I have had to raise a case with IBAS.
Very untrustworthy company, use at your peril.

Also so many fake 5* reviews on here by people with only 1x review... makes you think who are these people...Hmmm LOL

Look at my account, I have emailed you 20 times regarding the issue. You have investigated and done nothing to send me my missing funds, you have an IBAS case against you. These replys are all smoke and mirrors to make it look like you help and have a good honest business when in fact you dont.

Update: Now MFortune have flagged this review at Trustpilot saying they dont believe I have had a genuine experience with them. This is an attempt to take down this review, I have however forwarded the case files from IBAS and Resolver to Trustpilot.
This review should stand as its a great warning for other to not trust MFortune.

Hello I’ve had nothing but trouble from mFortune I deposited Monday via phone , and won and withdrew £150 , once I did I never heard anything so I went back on to chat & was told I need to send id and some documents , so I’ve sent the following
Driving license
Proof of address
Bank statement showing my o2 bill coming out
Pdf o2 bill
But yet I’m getting excuses again to say it’s not good enough. I’ve never had to upload such documentation to any online casino to get winnings before . Not only that I’ve woken up this morning to go back onto chat to find my account stating I’m banned and to contact customer services which I’ve done but had no reply , all I want is my winnings that I won fair and square , I’ve been advised to contact gambling commissions about this , no need to reply with please send to complaints I already have with no reply, just pay out what’s owed
