should rename it misfortune as all they do is steal your money, and make up lies to not pay you your winnings. You might get 1 payout if your lucky as long as it's less then £20 but believe me after that your getting nothing!!! Dont you think it's a bit funny looking at the reveiws on this site that there either 1* (GENUINE) or 5* (FAKE) AVOID and if ure still waiting to be paid out money, then sorry but your probably not going to get it, without taking them to court anyway....

I have nearly 200 pounds in it , tell them to email me , I’ve change my phone number because I’m back in Canada for studying, you have my email, just let them know please...... still under investigation lolll but at least they answer me , still 7 days left to time limit they set to give me feed back , I’ll let you know if everything is fix shortly, they seem to be really working on the issue , but we’ll find out soon

Used to be reasonable but now they are ignoring all my e-mails. I requested a withdrawal for the small amount of £21.15 a few weeks ago. I've sent in all ID and they don't wish to pay out. Very poor customer service.

I actually used to like this casino. The games are great and some pay big. The problem is the processing time and everything!!

First they will ask for several ID’s,bank statements, phone bill, phone bill statements anything and everything!! Everyday you will get told something different!!

After all of that, they will start telling you it’s being processed!! And it will stay like that!! It’s the worst one so far.

I wish I had not bothered!

Ps: I ended up closing my account and any ones affiliated with this casino.- they started stressing me about my payslip soon after this review

1 star because no star isn't an option. I won £100 ...they have my ID and I paid with my bank card so obviously it is me. I told them I no longer had the phone number I signed up with but couldn't change it on the app...they wanted confirmation that my number was no longer in use and that I didn't owe Vodafone any money???? Don't know what that's got to do with them really when I paid by card! This was hard to do as it was pay as you go....I rang them back and gave the info requested.. and was told they'd re send it to the payments department and to expect my £100 within 5 days.I had told them that I was having difficulty changing my contact details on the app and was told that they can't do that from the office (even though that's exactly what they tell you to do on the app) so I've emailed to them my contact info with no response...a week later I rang again...the payment has supposedly been refused by my bank (maybe coz of the contact details)....my problem is....they have my ID. They have my bank details...but they won't acknowledge my trying to change address and contact info.....absolute joke!!! Won't be using them again ....stick to the trusted sites!!! 😂😂😂😂😂

so i won £2000 and yes I had to jump through loops and send details etc had to wait due to paying by phone bill and the day I did that was 1 day after my bill was generated which was a pain but for them to make sure I a have paid my bill I understood just set a cool-off period for 4 weeks lol


sent details and the text the next day needing more which was fine had that 3 times but some of it was my fault which is understandable

chased up on 1st to see what was happening told 1 day processing gave them until this morning and nothing spoke to them again informed me it was in final checks and I would receive a text confirming 13:43 had that text saying it has been processed and will get it in my bank 1-4 business days

so I will come back and update if I got the pay out or not
