I've made repeated deposits without being asked for any ID verification. I receive daily text messages urging me to deposit more (in fact the site actually automatically takes you to the deposit page as soon as you're out of funds) but it's a very different story when you want to withdraw. I made the mistake of depositing with my mobile phone credit and now find myself unable to withdraw any winnings as they want a ridiculous amount of proof. I've so far sent proof of passport. Bank card. Bank account Home address mobile phone bill. Also proof of paid mobile phone bill also bank statement showing further proof of mobile phone bill payment. It's still not enough?

Be wary of depositing via mobile contact on this site. I'm lucky I only spent what I could afford and I've only been scammed out of a £20 withdrawal.
If you Google mfortune complaints you will find a surprising amount of customers with the same issue. It's appalling they're allowed to continue operating in this manner.

I emailed mfortune the 25th of Feb 2021 explaining the issue I had with them and received their reply email the 14th of March apologising for late replay due to staffing shortage related with Covid. They asked me then for my details which I submitted the same day but not heard anything back.
Mfortune should have used the time to check the emails where would have find that I already got in touch and sent them the details they asked for.

Like a lot of people are saying its shocking trying to withdraw winnings. I have uploaded lots of documents including birth cert. marriage cert. driving licence. Bills phone bills and still no joy. They come up with something different every time. How can i upload a paid bill for a recent spend with them if they are on next months phone bill?? Rediculous. They verified the account enough to take my money!! Shocking!!

I have eventually been paid out after numerous calls and live chats over several weeks. Eventually the last gentleman i chatted with apologised and said it was due to a clerical error that my pay out was delayed. Not very good

Rubbish site been banned for stating the truth and being made to feel bad for it. All I said is that it’s the same winner every time! Which is true. And they banned me because off that saying I wasn’t being nice how is saying that I’d withdraw my winning and allow other people to have their turn to win not being nice? Your admin aren’t nice at all for banning me I haven’t done anything wrong I wasn’t swearing, starting an argument with other players NO! All I did was state the truth and I get banned.
