The worst casino I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. It's absolutely true they make you jump through hoops in order for you to withdraw your money. Despite being assured after multiple phone calls the information I have provided is fine, I then get yet another text asking for more. Firstly I was told we need your bank statement to marry up the deposits I have made as a security check. Then another agent said it was to check affordability! Don't make me laugh - you need to check I can afford to withdraw my winnings?? Funny that, because you haven't wanted to check affordability on my deposits, in fact you actively encourage deposits with at least 3 texts a day. I have been enjoying online gambling for years with many reputable operators and accept sometimes they need to make security checks but this is on another level and completely unreasonable, especially when I have provided more information than I needed for a mortgage. I've learnt my lesson and will only use the big boys now, this lot are a bunch of con artists. Off to send my complaint to the regulator now, they need closing down.

I could still make a deposit no problem. Try to withdraw any winnings and you're going to have a hard time, especially if you win from your bonus spins.

Bunch of con artists, paid £10 using my debit card and won £45 tried to withdraw the money, was asked for further Id, ie my driving licence which I sent to them, I then get another message saying it’s not good enough I need to send a council tax bill, tell you what stick the money, you are a bunch of con artists who will try any excuse not to pay people’s rightful earnings. This company are a bunch of con artists, PlEASE PLEASE DONT USE THESE CLOWNS

Had to give 1 star would have given 0 they are a joke my partner withdrew 200 they are refusing to pay it saying she has a linked account but all her ID is linked to her one account as well as bank details this is the account she won the money on. They are unhelpful and talk like they are reading off a computer, they are quick to take money but not pay it out look for any excuse not to pay will be taking this further. I have a account with Dr slot great company and pay next day no problem.

TAKES MONEY FROM BANK THIS JUST DISAPPEARS AND YOU NEVER SEE AGAIN

Firstly I played with £200 on roulette leaving 3 numbers black yet on all 3 spins the ball managed to find the numbers where I'd win £0. However this is not the cause of my despair at the this corruption site.
Upon setting up my account I deposited £100, as usual I was waiting for the payment to be accepted however the page crashed, at the time I thought nothing of it and successfully deposited £200 which worked out right even though lost it all on the scam games. Afterwards I went onto my online banking and seen two pending payments one for £100 and one for £200, I quickly rushed to Live chat - Which again is a joke funnily enough always 15 people to wait behind and then if don't keep a stern eye on the chat box it refreshes and send you back to number 15 in the queue.
Upon finally getting through to someone, they confirmed only £200 is on my account and the pending fund should just reverse in 24hour.
So upon the information above I waited, then the following day I seen both transactions £200, £100 go from pending to successful on my bank.
Queue the outrage, I was on the phone to my bank provider who 100% confirmed Mfortune have taken the £100 and £200 and should have added it to my account, yet when I check my account and banking information on Mfortune they're only recognizing the £200.

I even provided the live chat agent the transaction reference number to find the £100 as this must be sat in a suspense account.

I was told wait 72 hours, frankly this isn't good enough the site has taken my £100 and I want it back.

I would not trust this site with a single penny of my money ever again and URGE others to avoid unless you want to just pass money over to never see again.
