Absolutely awful my parter won 30 pound and with drew it out it took them around 2 months they wanted so much I'd!!!! He won again recently 90 pound and now there saying there's a problem with his account!!! M fortune your the biggest scam casino going and I will be reporting u to the gambling commission u deserve to get shut down and loose everything

"So I won 1750 pound on 28 November…"

So I won 1750 pound on 28 November which I was over the moon about.got a text the next day asking for a copy of my driving licence which I sent.The next day I was asked for a copy of my bank card I done this also.I rand a few days later as still no sign of any money.I was then told they wanted proof of address so I sent a letter that had been sent thus wasn't enough.I was then asked to sent 1 months bank statements which I done to be told they couldn't read them so they were sent again and I was told all is good.i was then asked for pay slips.I informed them I was self employed and dont get pay slips so was asked to provide a letter from one of the company's I do work for I also got this and sent it through.This wasn't good enough and was asked to provide documentation to prove I am self employed.I got a letter from HMRC and also a certificate of registration.This is still not enough I was then asked to provide invoices to the company that puts money into my bank account.Now starting to get a bit much but I sent them and they are no good as my invoices are hand written all on official letter headed paper I must add and have just had a conversation with them again stating that these are no good as need to be in typed format.I have lost faith in society and will not let them beat me.i am just waiting to hear what excuse they are going to use now.these people have more information about me than interpol and as many previous reviews state these people don't intend to pay you they just come up with excuse after excuse.why they need to have all this info from me when I was never asked for anything when I was putting money into there acc.

"Day 20 (14 working days)"

Day 20 (14 working days). Firm asked for same document they requested twelve days ago and still after two days having it still not reviewed. An absolute shambles. Legal proceedings via Government website initiated today and IBAS complaint submitted.

Update - for those worrying about being paid out I did receive my money eventually. I had to have phone ‘interview’! and submit wage slip (which wasn’t asked for originally). Money was received in four instalments over four days which was odd. To be fair to complaints team they tried to help so probably best people to go straight to them. Overall took over month to pay out. Very frustrating but got there in the end.

"Ridiculous to contact customer services…"

Ridiculous to contact customer services to cancel wagering requirements all the time. When bonus balance hits 0 it should be cleared straight away. One bonus added to another gives you high amount you can never reach. Plus it's sooo inconvenient to contact them now. Customer serv chat is missing direct "speak to an agent" option. What's the purpose for a chat when you have to randomly try to press all the options to "speak to an agent" anyway? Waste of time...

I would rate it 0 but I can’t, £1000 wagering requirements on a £3 bonus... do i have to say more? Spent 6hours playing slots and the wagering requirements stayed the same... decided to throw it away on roullette in the end... scam artists, you have been warned!

Shambles of a casino! Never pay out the winnings that you earn! No matter what documents and ID verification you send in it’s never enough. Never been through such a stressful and horrible process still just to get nothing that’s rightfully yours. Official complaints have been made to the gambling commission, everyone report this casino it’s a scam stay far away and put your money into ANY OTHER SITE but this one!

"This and its sister site are a sham.."

This and its sister site are a sham... Fighting cashmo to get £71 winings withdrawal and withdrew £20 from mfortune too.. Guess what no sign of it... When you gamble you must expect too LOOSE AT TIMES... HOWEVER...WHEN YOU WIN YOU ALSO EXPECT TO BE PAID OUT....This is not the first idiot company to do this to me... Another company I took to court and won £3074 from over a £40 win they didn't pay... This company will stall you... It will deny you your winnings in whatever way it can...it will put you through a massive cycle of uploading this and that and no matter what you send it will never be good enough.... Now mfortunes and cashmos parent company were fined a total of £2200000 recently mainly down to failure to comply with anti money laundering and customer issues...this company won't want too pay you out and it doesn't if it can get away with it... Because someone needs too recover the money they were fined... And its coming out of your pocket... I've now approached County Court and filled in relevant paperwork and paid the fee to do it and not only am I going for my money but their license too... As this company cannot afford much more investigation by the regulator... If you have the time and and you have a decent withdrawal and have the County Court fee which is around £70 you can take these guys through the courts and from previous experience courts do not like these companies.... But you must be able to prove you have beyond reasonable doubt satisfied the criteria they asked you like I'd age verification etc... If you can then you will win I promise you that... But also report them to the governing body too... Because this company cannot afford many more investigations by them.

Following your reply your customer service team have been contacted the minimum of 6 times and everything has been satisfied by your own admissions but you have zero intention of paying out so by your actions its a refusal to pay... Which automatically gives a customer a case via the courts system and a complaint has been lodged via the gambing commission quoting your number 2109 held by the gambling commission.

Stay well clear made account sent in I'd all was verified played with £30 from phone bill lost so before lost it all withdraw it. Then they asked for more I'd of phone bill and bank. Now they say they cant pay out until I pay my next phone bill. So I asked for money back on phone bill and now they have locked me out of my account defo going to gambling commission about this joke company
