Well I phoned up today. This situation started Friday when I withdrew my winnings. The amount does not matter if it is high or low. I was very glad that I withdrew as I usually don’t. I first took to the web wondering why it has not gone in my account yet. I was massively and suddenly disappointed and in shock. Thinking it’s a scam I am not going to get paid. The best thing to do is never trust he say she say and to speak to that person or company yourself as I did when I just phoned And I am very certain to get paid with in couple days they want people to stay not to go away phone them don’t get mad and listen bet you sort it out

Won 60 pounds on a bonus after meeting the wagering requirements sent in several forms of ID an unnecessary amount and still not received my winnings ! , I've tried speaking to people on live chat when I eventually get to speak to someone I get disconnected dont want to call as you get charged for it you even get charged for requesting a 'FREE' call back , I quite enjoyed the slots and was planning on depositing some money but seeing how difficult it is to actually recive your winnings I wont bother !

When you first sign up to them it is a legal requirement to show all documents needed before we should even be able to play the games. So asking for more and more documents from me is a little confusing as you have everything you already needed.

Had a call to explain that there was another account in my name that I had definitely not set up so I was told my winnings were void. I asked that my account and all documents be deleted. Opened an account with them last week. Managed to play through bonus then proceeded to withdraw £200 winnings then after a few days was told to contact them. So contacted them only to be told that they were voiding the withdrawal because I had another account with them.I was asked for security on other account but as I didn't know what they were talking about obviously I didn't pass security so they couldn't te me any details although they said that some details matched mine. So how can i pass security on an account that doesn't belong to me.They let me make a deposit on this account and I withdrew £40 for which they reluctantly decided to give me. Shoddy company shoddy customer services. If you do manage to win your bonus then be prepared for excuses for them not to pay.Contact your support team you are having a laugh. They seem to think they know my banks procedures better than them. Same old excuses, 1-5 working days no im sorry 2 days max. for payment to reach my bank(and that's from someone at my bank who actually knows their job) .
