"Take your money but don’t like to pay out!!!"

Withdrawal process is ridiculous, there quite happy to keep taking your money , but not so easy to withdraw winnings.
After supplying a number of documents to meet there criteria, kept being told that document were incorrect or blurry.
Was told to supply mobile bill showing recent transactions, when I told customer service I didn’t get that bill till next month, I was told I would have to wait a month for my winnings.
What a joke none of the other branded sites run like this.
Just a con so they keep your winnings in your account to encourage you to spend it back.

As with previous reviews I received a message saying free spins available, no deposit required. I managed to win £55.00 from the free spins after the Wagering Requirements were fulfilled, which was surprising as normally I don't win a bean from my free spins. As you do I withdrew my winnings via Bank Transfer, and they stated the funds would be released within 3 working days, pretty standard practise I thought.

The next day as with previous reviews I received a message to contact them regarding my account, I assumed it was to provide Identification to validate my account, but no they stated I had another account (which is impossible as you can't have more than one account, as I tried to open one after this fiasco) so my winnings were voided off as per their terms and conditions of abusing bonuses. I have never had more than one account with them, it is just their way of avoiding paying out winnings. I have never deposited, so I'm assuming it will have something to do with that, however why would you offer Free Spins without having to deposit, if you have no desire to honour this? It is very poor practise.

I will be making a complaint to their head office (Intouch Games Ltd) and to the Gambling Commission regarding their fraudulent actions, as I'm not letting this matter slide.

Judging by the reviews on Trustpilot of mFortune's sister sites it is an across the board theme at all Intouch Games Casino Sites to avoid paying out on Bonus Wins. Probably so they afford the upkeep on their very expensive purpose built facility in Halesowen.

Joined via cashback. deposited the £30, fun games, put some more in and withdrew wins, did that a couple of times, now says my account is blocked for security reasons and to reset password, it wont let me though, just keeps telling me to reset password. Looks like they dont like winners, (small fry wins). Cashback didnt track either, not holding out any hope for that. Fun games, but you are not meant to win!

"Horrible customer service"

Horrible, cheesy customer service....some young guy insisted on calling me by my first name all the time, which felt inappropriate....then kept saying " Excellent" and "Brilliant" every time I spoke....really over the top...he then gave me the bad news I wasn't getting my payout but tried push another game on me when I was trying to end the call, still with all the fake enthusiam...totally over the top....tone it down guys, it makes you sound ridiculous.

Have to say to anyone thinking of using mfortune to take a pinch of salt with the negative reviews. I signed up last week and got my free bonus, I managed to meet the wagering requirements and turn the free bonus into a tasty little win of 200 pounds, alot of online casinos have a 50 pound maximum withdrawal on the free bonus wins so I withdrew 50 pounds.(I don't know if this applies to mfortune but I thought it a little greedy to ask for the full 200). After sending my birth certificate and proof of address I received a text message saying winnings had been processed and lo and behold the money was sitting in my account this morning, I'll keep using this site for a long time to come, very happy thank you mfortune

Won money. Paid by card. They are refusing to pay out until they see a phone bill. Why a phone bill when I didn't pay by phone? Also, why is the ID already provided not enough? Didn't have this problem before!

I'm afraid it's not good enough. The account was NOT topped up by phone so why does he need to provide a phone bill? Why are other utility bills not good enough for proof of ID? (They would be for anywhere else). Anyway you've lost another customer.
