I would rate 0 stars if I could ... won 475 pounds from a 20 deposit so pretty good however trying to withdraw the money into bank is a nightmare call 1 you have sent me a text message saying that you have all of the id u need (this is a Monday) and are sending me the money is there Anything else I need to do no - great - call 2 4 days later I haven’t received my money can I just confirm you have the bank details - yes they are correct the money should be in your account tomorrow (day 5) day 5 no Money in account I can and apparently I have provided incorrect bank details so now I have to wait 10 to 15 days for the money to bounce back (if it ever does) and apparently all of this is my fault - sounds like to me there incompetent and don’t want to pay out !!!!

They are refusing to pay my £150 winnings until I show my paid phone bill up to 22 June 2020, covering the mobile deposits I made. Firstly, my bill isnt due to be paid by direct debit until 3 or 4 July, secondly the deposits fall over 2 bills, the second of which will not be generated until 20 July, payable 3 or 4 August. So I have to wait until August to get it. The guy I spoke with told me to pay my bills early and that way id get whats due!! AVOID THESE JOKERS. The Gambling Commission actually fined them £2.2 million in September 2019, the info is on the GC website. So im £150 down until I pay my phone bills for the next 2 months but they couldnt give a toss and the customer service is shocking!!

**further update** Have now provided paid phone bill and bank statement showing payment and guess what, they are now saying that it has to be for the period to 22 June, when the banking team requested the info, my phone bill showing the deposits which won me £150 were included in the bill to 20 June, so why cant they pay that out? Thats not their policy apparently. Time to take legal advice!!!

I used to use the site but probably won't any more as they claim 20x wagering on bonuses but I have a £4.01 bonus and it says I need to wager £311.82 to withdraw anything, that is around 78x wagering, if they start honouring what it says on site I may start using it again.
Contacted someone on CS this is what they said "Whenever you receive a bonus or win from any bonus free spins, it gets multiplied which goes onto your wagering balance. If you reach £0.00 credit then you can contact us to reset any remaining bonus wagering balances, if you wanted to. However, if you had not contacted us after you didn't win from a previous bonus, then the new wagering amount gets applied on top of any previously existing wagering that was remaining."
So they just keep adding or multiplying on each new bonus you win, I had 1p left from a previous bonus, which some how meant I had to wager £311.82 from £4.01
