Refused to pay cashback when I registered my account as apparently "cashback is not available for existing players", yet I was not an existing customer. Beware of this fraudulent company.
Edit: as you can see from their response below; they don’t even actually read what people write here and just put generic replies. I made no mention of withdrawals at all, my issue is with payment via TopCashback

To be honest I don't even wish to give this company one star, having won with this company before I have never had an issue... However I recently had a winning and now they are asking me for additional information, a bank statement showing my recent phone bill direct debit, my phone bill and subsequent photo ID. I received a call from someone there and I explained that I have never had such issues with the likes of William Hill or ladbrokes but all she kept saying was its the banking department, yes love your reading off a script I am not silly. Seems to me that this company are not willing to pay out your winnings and will hold on to your money for as long as possible..
Don't bother with one of your automatic replies to me, as soon as I have received my winnings I will be requesting for my account to be closed as this isn't acceptable especially when all my ID has been submitted before.. Beware of using m fortune....

DONT BOTHER PUTTING A PENNY IN THIS COMPANY I TRYED TO WITHDRAW MY WINNINGS OF £110.
THEY ASKED ME FOR ALL THE ID I COULD FIND RIDICULOUS NOTHING WAS GOOD ENOUGH.
SO I WENT TO REVERSE WITHDRAWAL AND IT WAS GONE I GOT IN TOUCH AND THEY TOLD ME I PLAYED IT DOWN TO WHICH I HAD PROVE I SCREENSHOT IT THE DAY AFTER THEY SAID I PLAYED IT PLUS ONLY A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO I TOOK A SCREENSHOT OF THEIR AGENT SAYING CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR £110 WHILE I WAS ASKING IF MY ID PASSED.
WHAT A SPAM IM FURIOUS

The customer service for this casino are absolutely disgraceful and robotic! Whoever the owner or CEO is, needs to have a look at what’s going on!
Don’t deposit here, they have no intention to withdraw your money....they want every form of ID possible! The only form of proof they didn’t want was my nans birth certificate!
I use other casinos and none of them have acted like Mfortune.....none of them!
The staff tell you that management will tell you no different.....one of the worst barriers you can put up to a customer!
I wish companies would look at my feedback and all of the others below and do something about it!

Please in the name of all that is holy read these reviews and take heed, DO NOT USE Mfortune! I stupidily 12 months ago used my phone to debit in this "Casino" a mistake I did not want to repeat so I recently made a few deposits with my Visa card, I won a small amount and requested a withdrawal. This withdrawal has been refused until I prove that the bill from 12 months ago has been paid or verify its still active by returning a text, the reason either of these can't be done is irrelevant and Mfortune should not be able to refuse to put money back into the depositing method which in this instance was a Visa debit card. There customer service and managers are clearly reading from scripts and can't answer simple questions. Avoid avoid avoid.
*** Just to prove my point regarding the scripted answers they have replied as they have on most of these reviews with a cookie cutter answer regarding verification, beyond funny😂***
