I had a bonus sent to me used, I wagered all the wager and won £60 cash I uploaded my ID and wanted to withdraw my money, they would not let me cash out my money as I had an old account which had not been used to ages as I could not get into the account didn’t have access to the email any more, the account was registered to an old telephone number as I had changed my number and did not live at the same address as I had moved, I think his is disgusting, That money would have come in really handy at the moment as I’m not working due to the corona virous, my account will be deleted and will not play mfortunes again

I’ve read the reviews regarding problems with withdrawing but trying to deposit is just as bad. I only deposit £20 per month and I use PayPal. If you encounter technical problems with PayPal and your payment doesn’t go through then you try again, right? No, when you try again, a message comes up saying...sorry you have exceeded your deposit limits, even though the deposit was unsuccessful due to a technical error. You then have to wait at least 3 hours before trying again. I honestly have never known a frustrating site such as this. When I contact live chat they tell me I can’t deposit because it would exceed my deposit limits!! Well how on earth can you exceed your deposit limit when you haven’t deposited!!!!!

I give this place 4 stars as I haven’t had any issues with depositing withdrawing or contacting customer service .. every time I have spoken to them they have been very nice and polite ... I withdrew on bank holiday so it didn’t count as a working day so I was asked 2 days later to send Id.. it was dealt with pretty quick not as fast as other places but then day 3 I’ve had a text that my winnings are in there way to my bank .. don’t no how long it will take to get there but I will update .. if you don’t mind waiting for winnings for a few days then it’s fine to play here ..

An update I got my winnings in the bank the next day ... so overall 3 days

Do not use this site, if you actually want to withdraw your winnings.
They do everything they can to stop you!

First step for them is to leave your withdraw pending 3+ days available for "reverse" - this is an obvious typical gaming site tactics to which im use to, but most good sites are no more than 24 hours and its processing.
Next like ive seen others say, asking the impossible 5th security question of what was your last game is just crazy unnecessary when they already have enough info provider to open a bank account in your name, its just another way for them to delay speaking to you and saying we need more info for 24 hours.

Finally the phone bill has not been paid tactic. Ive just provided solid prove with a full copy of my o2 bill and bank statement showing my monthly transactions and direct debits are up to date and I have £0.00 on my contact to pay today with a little over my standard use to pay on my next DD payment (contracted payment date in the future). - Here is where they now get you again, they wont release my funds now till i provide proof that a bill date in the future from when i requested my withdraw has been paid, that date just falls in to next months payment, so I would have to wait weeks more.
Also - this clearly means every month you would have to go through this hassle to maybe just get £20-200, which is actually the daily withdraw limit now !! £200..... but i can deposit 10,000£ on my bank card in one day and without ANY ID provided prior to playing. Only after do they do everything to keep you cash in their account.

Ive tried to contact them, but they now close the chat on me, ive not once been aggressive or rude, just asked simple policy processes so I can understand.

I have deposited via debit card too, so this makes no sense to refuse a withdraw to this method.

AVOID AT ALL COST - && and their sister sites, there are a few out there, watch out !!

PS - Get ready for copy and pasted response from their team.
PPS - I will be escalating to all authorities available here for gaming sites and regulations regarding player funds.

Gangsters, should be avoided at all costs. They will not allow you deactivate your account, they will keep asking verification questions until there is one you simply cannot answer. Then they will tell you, you have failed security and as such send in an email. All emails there after get ignored.

I have now made a formal complaint to the ICO and await their reply

"BEWARE unusual working methods"

The first red flag for me was how they employ their verification procedure. This procedure can give you an insight into a companies inner workings. A good company will try and verify you right away, or if not they will prohibit a deposit until you pass all checks. This site had no barriers to deposit. Huge red flag. So i voluntarily uploaded verification documents. All i got back was a text saying " Thank you for your identification. This will be held on your account until required". Notice the wording "until required" Why?? This should be a process that can be complete before depositing. Why are they withholding ID verification for later? Well it gives them a way of not paying any winnings later. I would avoid this company
