By miles, the WORST casino ever. If you want to give them your money, 3 digits is fine. If you want to withdraw.... passport, phone bill (with proof its paid- bank statement etc), proof of address,proof of d.o.b. (birth certificate), last game played, last amount deposited, last deposit method!!! This would be fine if the games actually had some normal return- but clearly this is just some joke casino. Another point for any problem gamblers...I'm registered with Gamstop...but was still allowed to give mfortune £1500!!!! So , in a nutshell, avoid avoid avoid!

Would give 0 if possible! They constantly hound you with texts regarding "free spins" - exactly the type of gambling promotions which have been in the news recently to lure people in. After hours of wagering I finally "won" £100.00 from the free spins and I am advised that they won't pay out as my account is apparently a duplicate! Meanwhile since the "win" - they continue to send me more spam.

This is clearly an excuse not to pay out but in the small chance there is another account using my personal data I am obviously concerned and request details of this. I am advised they cannot provide any further details, which in itself is very telling that the additional account probably does not exist! Spoke to Matthew who refused to put me through to a manager nor provide any further details as though I am being suspected of fraud! This concerns me more than the amount I had supposedly "won."

This is clearly just a dishonest reason to not pay out. Why would you keep sending "offers" to a suspected "duplicate" account which is against your terms and conditions?

On reading these reviews this seems way too common with them to be legit, although they can expect a formal data protection request!

I (THANKFULLY) don't think I have made a substantial deposit with them (may be on signing up but I can't remember), which is probably the real reason! I do occasionally deposit with reliable companies but so thankful I had trusted my instinct and was wary of this company from the outset!

Was given a free fiver and managed to clear wagering and withdraw 50 quid. Had to send in docs as per any casino and spoke to a guy called tom. Customer service was on point with call back coming very quick and tom being helpful and quick to verify my account and explain all terms associated. Can say id happily deposit here with the generous wagering terms and responsive customer service and pretty quick withdrawal processing. My only gripe would be the small choice of slots available. Can see your going for in-house choices as such and there's some decent games but there's little variety. Work on your range and your onto a winner imo.
