i honestly cannot fault this site , the games are basic but very fun and addictive , the app is good although a bit laggy sometimes , and ive won a few times not much but the payout has been hassle free , i honestly cannot understand some of the bad feedback ive read . all in all i would reccomend to anyone. great casino site

If there is a 1x wager on players own deposits and 20x wager on bonuses, why on earth do I have to play through £3890 before I can withdraw anything?!.
Utterly disgusted with this company. Been a customer for many years but have since closed all related accounts.
I have reported this company and hope many others follow suit to get it shut down.

Piece of garbo site with no respect to existing users. Not only advertising was misleading when I asked to delete my account they opted out to ask unnecessary complicated security questions that a regular individual might not answer. On top of that instead of carrying through with my request, chat was closed and putted me in queue number 9 despite i had already been discussing my concerns with support staff. Horrible customer service -1 star or 0 . But we cant rate so next best thing 1star. :D

I agree with a previous commenter about the bonus offers.

At first on my first ever bonus offer, I walked away with £49 withdrawable money, after wagering requirements. I withdrew it and waited 5 days before I was told I needed to provide ID. I provided ID and then was left in the lurch for 3 days, in the end I reversed it to see if I could win more as it looked like they wasn't paying out any time soon, of course I lost it all.

After this every single bonus I have fell for and deposited, I have lost every single time. It typically goes like this, I'll lose all my actual money instantly then be left with bonus funds. I'll then win back up to a decent amount to then have to wager it all before I can withdraw.

Of course every time I lose lol.
