"Good casino app but recently no answer from customer service"

It's not to bad have always paid out when I have won only problem is I have been trying to contact customer service and have been left waiting on the phone for over an hour and I keep giving up as nobody is answering I have sent an email to customer service and have not had a reply I have tried to change my mobile number on the app and it doesn't allow me and also need to change my address been trying since Saturday to get hold of customer service and nothing

Won £50 been a nightmare. Sent Id, didnt receive any kind of confirmation on what we're happening with my withdrawal. No confirmation my id were accepted. Asked for a call back didn't receive one. Chat is shocking as they contradict what they say. They said my id were accepted, then I receive a message saying I am being passed to another department to verify me. While I were on a chat to a person saying my id were accepted. I have no clue if I have won. Now realising this is most likely a scam. Used alot of other websites. Never had the difficulties I have had with this company.

They’re ok taking your money but hoodwinked me with my winnings. They even called me to confirm my details and confirmed my winnings but when it came down to paying out I lost out on £130. I’ll never use their site again. Disgraceful!

Terrible service, will take your money all day long. Soon as you go to withdraw any they want ID, bank statements, phone bill proof which I couldn't provide for a month due to them wanting this months bill! Customer service are always too busy for a call back & there live chat is always kicking you, whether on PC or Mobile I have been waiting over a week for them to process the ID I provided. EDIT: Flagged my review on MRspin and M fortune, even though my name and email address is clearly registered with them and I had already verified with MRspin, you share details across for both Apps, bit underhanded trying to do this with the reviews considering all the blatant fake positives you leave. There is nothing to reply to your customer service is useless, you have made it impossible for me to access my winnings but would also allow me to keep feeding cash into the App.

It's all good when they take your money but when they have to pay out they make it difficult.

Made me jump through hoops for a £25 withdrawal, withdrawal went missing and basically waiting for it to be rectified with no time scale.

Won't use them again and will close down my account.

Had much better luck with, skyvegas, virgin and cashmo winning hundreds of pounds, with fast payouts and no id needed.

Update: got asked to contact there complaints procedure just to be told nothing can be done, they have basically made me wait over a month for nothing.

Lost my withdrawal and now will be closing my account as well as contacting the gambling commission.
