"New Vets Day Flag"

Great experience! I'll admit, when I saw it was shipping from China I was concerned. But the tracking was accurate and my flag was delivered on time!

The flag itself is, frankly, beautiful. Bold clear colors and double sided so always visible.

The grommets are not reinforced so please consider this an ornamental flag, such as for Veterans Day. Not suitable for everyday use.

The Hawaiian shirt I ordered for a veteran was a perfect fit, the personalization was accurate, and the patriotic designs on the shirt (camouflage, flags, etc.) were great. He loves the shirt. He's proud to be a veteran and he's proud to wear this shirt. Customer service was knowledgeable and helpful.

The product ordered arrived as promised, with proper personalization. The material it was made of was of a different texture than other caps of this type.

"Beautiful graphics, high quality material!"

My experience was spectacular from at least a couple of perspectives. First of all the quality of the item I ordered was exceptional. I ordered a Tee shirt (82nd Airborne Division insignia with additional graphics showing paratroopers dropping from the skies). Secondly, I attached a request with my order to see if Proudvet365 could add an additional line of graphics in large, yellow letters, on the back of the shirt at shoulder level. I wanted the words "Vietnam Combat Infantryman" inscribed. They did the additional graphics that looked fantastic, AND they did not charge me extra. How can you beat that. The follow-up from the management of Proudvet365 was both unexpected and exceptional. Thank you!

"Along with advancing age comes…"

Along with advancing age comes advancing waistlines. While some sizes still fit others don't. I guessed wrong how an item might fit and Proudvet is in the process of taking good care of my conundrum. I'm confident I will soon have the solution in hand.

"The graphics are awesome"

The five stars is for the superior customer service, thank you Cindy for your assistance. I ordered two ball caps and shirts (for my 91 year old dad and husband, both Air Force). The caps were not embroidered but screen printed as I thought they looked embroidered from the pics. But they are still sharp looking with the graphics. The one golf-style shirt looks great and my dad will love it. The button down shirt is also great with really awesome graphics, however, the first button is rather low and leaves a lot of open space at the chest level so my husband will either have to wear a t-shirt under it or I am going to have to put another button/button hole at the top for it to fit better. Overall, the items I ordered look great and I'm sure both of my men will get rave reviews and compliments on their caps and shirts. Again, thanks Cindy for your stellar customer service.

"Received a shirt in the wrong size"

Received a shirt in the wrong size, due to a different size chart for the baseball style jersey, Cindy in Customer Service handled my complaint like a pro! Said she would be sending out the correct size. The ballcap came in a plastic bag, smashing the cap to smitherines!, advised it should have been in a box package, she apologized and would forward complaint to shipping department. Very pleased on the outcome of my complaint.
