I sent a message to try to exchange it for a larger size & they sent me a larger size at no charge! Cindy was very kind & generous & always replied in a timely manner! "Fantastic Customer Service"

I had recently received a shirt that I thought was going to be personalized. When actually I had made a mistake on the form and failed to fill out the information. When I contacted the company they offered to make me another on fully personalized for a very nominal fee. In no time I received the new shirt just as I had wanted. It was perfect! That is what I call customer service. I had ordered other things before and will be ordering more soon!

When I received my merchandise, the flag I ordered was not a pole flag as shown on the website where the flag has two holes to clip onto the flag pole not a garden pole where the flag slides through. I was upset because I ordered a flag pole to show my new flag proudly. Customer service did contact me and apologized and offered two free items. I accepted. But now I will need to find a true ARMY VETERAN flag to display in front of my home. I am happy about the customer service response. It just wasted a lot of time.

I have had nothing but outstanding customer service and understanding from this AMAZING company! So much so, I have order 3 personalized US Navy Flags and a phone case from them.
