I ordered a Bomber jacket(size Large ) but it was too big for me . I sent a message to Proud365 last night and immediately got a respond this morning while checking my e mail . I couldn't believe the response from Cindy . The right size ( medium ) will be sent to me free of charge and I was told that " I do not have to return the large size I ordered " . How cool was that ?

Cindy responded with, "we want every customer happy with their purchase and we will make it like you wanted it, and you can keep the first one and the second, your (right one) will be shipped soon. I'm re-enlisting.

If I could give this Scamming, lying, deceitful company Zero Stars I would. Hats are junk, you cannot even read my rank nor my name on one hat, and the other hat is not even close to what I ordered. The Hoodie is junk, thin material. I have to say their Customer Service Sucks. I disputed this with my Credit Card Company. Cindy said they could do nothing for me because the cost of shipping and the items was way too expensive. I would not even donate these pieces of junk to the Salvation Army. The Positive Feedbacks are all Bogus. If you want real Military Gear, don't buy this Singapore Crap.
