"Problem Solved!!!"

First the ordering procedure was simple. The case arrived and looked great unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I sent an email to customer support and they immediately helped me solve the problem. They are sending me a new case!
BTW my husband who is a Vietnam Vet really loved the case!!!!

When I stumbled upon this site I instantly fell in love. Each item beautifully designed 😍. After receiving my items I am further impressed with the quality! I had never ordered from her before but saw an ad and really liked the appearance of the clothing. I placed an order and received it in a very timely matter. To fault of my own, I didn’t open it immediately. When I did open it I realized it was the wrong product. I made immediate contact. There was going to be a small additional charge which I didn’t mind paying. I told them I needed to use a different form of payment from when I placed the order. They waived the fee and said they would replace it at no cost to me. I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of the new product.

The company tried to ship and charge for an item that had not been ordered. I canceled the whole order within 2 hours of receiving an email notice of the order. The company claimed that the item was in the process of being made but it was a stock item without any custom items. This company has a scam rating of 47%. Stay away from this company that purports to be a Veteran's friend. They are scammers.

I ordered the bombers jacket and what I received was a windbreaker most expensive windbreaker I ever bought and all they do is offer me more discounts. I want what I purchased it. All they offer are more discounts forward on concern. I got scammed and it takes forever to receive the order.

Rarely do I give 5 stars, but this company takes customer service to a new level. Ordered one saying I'm not a vet, but I support them. The 1st one had letters falling off shortly after I received it. I emailed them with pics and they replaced it at no extra charge. AND within 24 hours. They even down sized at my request. I received it in short time and it fits beautifully. Thank you. And Happy birthday to me.

"I ordered an Which was my fault…"

I ordered an XL that was to big but when I ordered a Large it fits great, the sleeves are a little long and the waist isn't tight but I love the coat and the way that I was treated was way more than I expected. I now have a fabulous US Navy Veteran Bomber and 3 great Navy hats that I bought from Proudvet365.

I ordered a door mat. It’s horrible! Paper thin, probably the breeze will take it away. I know any sort of wind will blow it away. Tax and everything was almost 50 bucks. Not worth 10!
