"Hoody for Dad"

Purchased a hoodie for my elder father to help keep him warm when he was home. I picked out a Hoodie that, unbeknownst to me it came, with an option to customize it. I was able to add my dad's rank and name down the sleeve. He absolutely love it. The hoodie is on the heavier side and the fabric is super-soft. What was intended to be something for him to ware around the house, is now his go to outerwear.

I Placed an order 2 weeks ago and no tracking number or any response from this company . It was just for 2 hats but they wasted no time taking the money from my credit card the very next day.
When you try to contact them at the numbers listed you get nothing and the call then auto ends, you can't even leave a message.

Ok, after writing this review, I finally got a text from someone named “Jane” for apologetic. They finally gave me a tracking number and a product arrived only a week late.
When the two custom hats arrived, they had put the wrong dates on one, I sent a text back to Jane, and after providing photographic proof that it was a mistake. They said they would immediately make another one and send it out expeditiously.
After that, there was no more communications, no tracking number, nothing. While they finally got everything right, they still have a bad problem with communication.

This company is based in London, clothes made in Vietnam, very cheaply made out of a light material. Unlike any sweatshirt or hoodie material I ever seen. You can almost see through it, the glow from a cellphone shines through the pocket. After a week, the sleeves are starting "pill" up, little balls, like you would see on a sweater. My hoodie and sweats have great designs, yes, but the material is so thin it would be soaked and wet, 5 minutes in the rain. I was very disappointed. These 5 star reviews shock me, they must be easily satisfied.
