Cindy, on the customer service team responded quickly and said a replacement would be sent out immediately and at no charge! I ordered my veteran father a specific hoodie from Gearvet because he saw it and wanted it so badly for his birthday.
He was SO excited when it arrived, he called me telling me he loved it however he needs to go a size up. He said he gives Gearvet 5 stars in every category.
5 stars for making such a cool hoodie, for having wonderful customer service (which is HUGE these days) and for supporting veterans with this apparel. I had no problems with customer service after reaching out about an exchange, they were very helpful and I am grateful.

However, when I got my order, there was a mistake - again no worries, Gearvet was correcting. My correct hat is on the way! This is a Christmas present, so time is not an issue.
