Great experience. I ordered two custom hats for myself and one for my best friend for Christmas. They are Awesome hats. Very good quality and design. I had a question during the process and they were very quick to answer the question. I received the hats earlier than expected. Awesome experience. Will be a go to for veteran products.

I ordered a Marine Corps phone case with my Name, Rank, and Year I served. I gave them my precise phone information from phone's brand, year, and model.
They got my ordered wrong twice.
They sent me a phone case that was too short and slim for my phone. First they wanted me to send them Videos and Pictures of the issue I had, So I did. Finally, they wanted my Phone's IMEI, which I felt was like giving them too much information on my phone.
They should know what phone I have by the description I gave them.
I finally gave up. I had to wait almost a month to have the wrong phone cases deliver twice.
This website/company is from CHINA.
Which I feel these U.S. Military products should be made in America, Not CHINA.
They're making profit from us and stealing our information also.

I bought a personalized cap and when I received it I thought it would have an American flag on it. I contacted the company via email and received a response immediately. After their review they explained to me the cap I chose didn't have flags. Something I didn't realize when I ordered. The company sent me a new cap with what I wanted.

I am extremely picky when it comes to buying veterans apparel to honor my brothers and sisters, who are no longer here who answered the final call. I love my hat from 365 proudvet and it shows exactly what I wanted it to. What impresses me the most about this company is that the rank was wrong on my cap and they replaced it with the correct rank. No questions asked. For me customer service is critical, especially when I’m looking at veterans apparel. I ordered a US Air Force Bomber Jacket and ordered the incorrect size and I contacted customer support about the problem of my order. They were very quick to respond and told me they would send me the correct size and not to worry about sending the original Jacket back. I was very satisfied with the customer service and Jane who was very helpful about quickly responding and resolving my situation. I ordered the Vietnam Veteran version…
I ordered the Vietnam Veteran version of the jecket. The original shipment was mis=delivered. After a couple days, the jacket was still missing. I contacted Proudvet 365. and advised them of the missing shipment. I received a prompt reponse from Jane concerning the issue. They immediately issued a replacement jacket which i received within about 15 days. The jacket is very good quality and exceeded my expectations. I have been very impressed with the customer service that Jane provided me with. Very prompt and professional. I highly recommend Proudvet 365 and would certainly purchase from them again. I also hope that the mis-delivered jacket somehow ended up in the hands of someone that needed it and will appreciate it.

Mansfield Holiday Parades of Louisiana held our FIRST Veteran's Day Parade and Banquet this month and chose the veterans jackets for our five Parade Grand Marshals. We were not disappointed. They were beautiful and excellently representative of our four military branches and World War II Veterans!!
