I found Empire Auto Protect on the web. The Rep asked me a series of questions, what year, VIN, etc... He NEVER asked however, if it had a marked title. So, several months later when we needed to use them, we took the car to the dealer and they determined the transmission needed help. The dealer filed a claim with Empire Auto Protect and they denied it, saying they don't insure vehicles with marked titles. I asked for my money back because they NEVER mentioned anything about marked titles and they just said, sorry we cannot give your money back, it's our policy.
