"Wouldn't honor 30 day money back guarantee"

I bought this on effective day of February 24, 2025 for a 2015 Tesla. They told me it would cover high voltage battery. When I got the agreement they did not have it marked as an EV and it does not cover HV batteries. I called and they were supposed to call back they did not. I called again they said it didn't matter. I called on March 24th (28 days) to cancel and get refunded but they said I could not cancel That department wasn't there at 4pm CT. I called the next morning 3/25 (29 days) "That department isn't in." I called later, "That department is at lunch." I called at 2:45 pm CT and talked to the same person and he said He could cancel it but I would not get my money back because I was past 30 days. This is on 3/25 (day 29.) They refused to acknowledge that February only has 28 days. Then he started getting vulgar with me and tried to get me to call him a by a vulgar prank name. This company is the biggest scam ever. Do not give them the time of day.
