I have been a customer for almost two years and enjoy being able to order what I need, especially the organics! The vast array of items is mind-boggling!
The last few drops have been handled very well by the drivers!
I have been disappointed with the new coordinator but, obviously, during the last two drops, others are helping her and things have gone much more smoothly.
I would appreciate more communication prior to the drop.

"Terrible customer service"
First off, I placed an order in February that I never received. Upon talking to an Azure contact person (after holding for 4 hours one day and calling back the next day holding another half hour), who was very nice to me, she indicated I was changed to inactive, but no one could tell me why or who put me on inactive status.
Then, I left my order in for March based on the fact that the website said delivery would be the week of March 30. When we were on vacation, I get a text from our local coordinator who said that the delivery would be March 26. I thought the week of March 30 would mean it starts the week of March 30. Fortunately, the coordinator picked up and kept our order for us until we returned.
Also, I keep getting emails saying that because there are too many deliveries to my drop site, that I have been changed to the Chard route for the month and that my cutoff has been moved out 1 more week. This has not been true the last 2 months that I have gotten this email.
Customer service is extremely lacking for all the reasons I have listed above -- the website indicates the wrong week of delivery, I am inactive for no reason, the extremely long wait lines on the phone and getting emails extending the cutoff deadline that are not meant for me. This is no way to run a business. I've been with Azure for a long time, and it never used to be so chaotic. What has happened?
