Total honesty do not keep vehicle holding bay a month and have client call twice a week for 4 weeks to try and get it moved. Accident 26th January promised moved by 30th January many phone calls later moved 20th February my car could have been repaired and back to me. Keep client informed. Do follow ups when promised. Lessen stress not increase it.
