"Non existent customer service"

It seems the PetCloud Happiness Team does not exist. I lodged a request via email to deal with a webpage issue which was forwarded to technical support. A week later, I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved and have had no further email communication from customer support. I also phoned their Queensland office during office hours and was kept on hold for over 45 minutes.....no one answered. I phoned again a few days later and after being kept on hold again for some time, I requested a call back. It has been over 24 hours and I am still waiting to hear from them. This doesn't seem to be an isolated incident, as I have read other similar complaints. This is unacceptable customer service and shows a serious lack of concern and regard for their customers. I find it very concerning that any future issues, especially regarding my beloved pets, would be met with the same non response.
1/12/18 I am writing to give you an update on the progress made to date.
It has been a month now, and despite communication, reassurances and apologies from the PetCloud customer service team that the website issue would be promptly addressed, there has been zero progress and communication.
PetCloud is a great service, as long as you don't have any issues that require action from the customer support team.

Petcloud made the whole experience a breeze from finding a suitable (wonderful!) house/pet sitter in our area to payment and being able to go away with peace of mind for our pets. Highly recommend

"Worst experience I’ve ever had"

I have used the website to find a dog walker for my dog. Although the people I found through the website turned out to be pretty good (done thorough verification ourselves and chose professionals only, can’t speak to the one the website does), the site is impossible to use!!
First of, the website is not user-friendly, it’s extremely hard to find any bookings you’ve made.
Stay away if you want to make a recurring booking. They’ll just take the money for the entire booking period straight from your account without a warning, I’m talking hundreds of dollars here.
I’ve called them to cancel a booking only to find they took additional money from my account!
Also as I’ve found out lately, they haven’t paid my dog walker for 3 weeks even though they took the money out of my account.
These guys shouldn’t be in business.

"Dreadful company, dreadful service"

I am caught in an unending cycle of overcharging (double charging) to my credit card for services booked through PetCloud. And my dog walker hasn't been paid. Petcloud won't resolve the issue, won't call me (despite numerous requests for them to do so), send me computer generated emails telling me they will resolve the issue in 24-48 hours - and then don't ever get back to me. I get constant error messages when I enter my credit card details. Shocking customer service. Getting a simple refund, when they have double charged me seems to be impossible. Phone calls are answered by flustered young call centre staff who say 'yes, the website is terrible', they are full of apologies, but nothing gets resolved. PetCloud - refund my money! Fix up your dreadful user-unfriendly website, reply to my phone messages and emails!! Shocking business practices.

"Best Pet Sitter in Toowoomba"

"I am so glad to have met Cherryl and her family. Our 2 Dachshunds , Heidi and Frankie were treated so well, with lots of love and cuddles. I loved getting my daily updates and photos. Their house was spotless and what I really liked alot was that the area for the dogs to run and play was secure and fairly big. The dogs were there for a week over the festive season, so Cherryl had her family over and it was lovely to see how the doggies were accepted with ALL the family. I would not hesitate to recommend Cherryl to anyone looking for pet sitting. I certainly will be using Cherryl again. Thank you so much Cherryl for loving our doggies so much:-)"

"Great concept and amazing technology"

"I recently booked pet sitting through the PetCloud website and found the website, the Customer Support Team, and the Pet Sitter to be of an excellent standard. I felt completely comfortable leaving my pet with the sitter while I was away travelling, and was sent daily photo updates. I would be happy to use them again and recommend them to anyone wanting a safe option that feels like home to their pet."

"Great experience with PetCloud"

I booked a holiday in Byron Bay, NSW and unfortunately it was not dog-friendly, so I ended up having to find a Pet Sitter last minute in the Byron Bay area. I found Kerry at Suffolk Park through the PetCloud website and she was wonderful with my dog, sending me daily photo updates and it was great knowing that she also had insurance. I was a bit stressed at the time so it was good being able to ring their customer support and speak to a real person. Thanks for helping me have a great holiday!
