Very good platform as it seems but it's awkward to stay in the waiting list for a while!!! I applied in December but still they didn't gave me an update regarding my application, even no response from their support. Seems like they are closing.

My LEGAL translation was extremely wrong and the paper is missing MANY sections. The person translating was CLEARLY lazy and it was a 10 SECOND VIDEO! I had someone say "Nena" in my video (which is in Spanish) and it was typed in the English section like are you serious THIS IS FOR A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASE. Not to mention they completely skipped over the part where someone was THREATENING TO BEAT SOMEONE UP TWICE! Clearly this company needs to stop providing services for LEGAL situations. Truly disappointing. Seems to me like it was translated off google translate.
