Shipment was "unscanned" until I chased it a week later. Another week pasted and I was told it still hasn't been scanned.

Appalling service.

Delivery very slow, i get goods from the U.S.A quicker.

As for product, not unwrapped it yet

Customer service was terrible, the product didn’t arrive until 15 days after expected date and there was no message from supplied letting me know, I tried getting a refund and got told I’d have to pay 50% of cost for cutting.. total shamble! Stay away.. use other providers if don’t want hassle

Excellent, had a query regarding my order was answered very fast. Carpets are gorgeous. And kept getting updated about delivery time as the guys had a problem with van so didn't arrive at the time stated although it worked out even better for me.
