Easy to order, was slightly disappointed as we thought the colour would be a bit lighter than what we recieved but very happy with the quality of the flooring. I will be ordering more to complete the kitchen to match the entrance hallway

**Shambles!!**

I placed my order on the 5th of November and received an email confirmation stating that delivery would occur between the 8th and 12th of November. That time frame has come and gone without any delivery.

I emailed customer service and followed up for a response, eventually hearing back that they were in contact with their logistics company to get my order here ASAP. I’ve already had to reschedule the fitter once, and now I’m faced with doing it again. I was promised an update today, the 15th of November, but once again, there’s been radio silence.

Then, I receive an email asking me to rate their service 😂 Really?? I’ve now had to move our fitter to the 26th of November and push back the furniture delivery to the end of November. Sure, you were cheaper than others, but what’s the point if you don’t deliver? I just hope that when (or if) our order finally arrives, it’s correct.

Sorry! You need to do better. A lot better!!!
