Paid 12 August, told would be delivered between 21-23rd august and had to email 24th august as no contact or update since making payment- terrible service and very poor time scales for delivery

Never again will I use this company. Placed order and was told it would arrive within 9 days. Heard nothing after 9 days, I had to contact them on several occasions. Their communication is a disgrace. I asked for a refund of my items as it could not be delivered until several days after when they stated and was told I would have to pay cutting fee plus £50, even though the problem was down to them. Items did eventually arrive and part of the order was wrong. I couldn’t be bothered to go through the hassle of sorting it out so went elsewhere to purchase what was incorrect. Well done if you are one of the lucky ones who received good service.
