Ordered carpet from carpet warehouse, was given a delivery range within a few days for delivery two weeks later with advise that I’d be contacted one working day prior to delivery range to give a delivery window.. no contact before delivery range and no carpet delivered in the first two days of range so contacted them for advise and was told they didn’t know where the carpet was, didn’t know if the courier had it or not, really unhelpful and after three calls to get some information about the carpet I needed up cancelling the and will never buy from them again… absolutely useless
