Rude on phone, terrible customer service . Delivery and then pick up fees for returns extremly high . They dont refund full amount even though the terms state a refund , as long as within 7 days . Unhelpful .would urge anyone to avoid .

When you do order, be aware they going with delay. it doesn't matter whether it's their fault or not, if you don't want to wait, you can't wait, if you want to return, you have contractors waiting for them , they will charge you - 25% of the total amount.
Think carefully before ordering.

Do not buy otherwise you will be very disappointed you have to wait two weeks for delivery and it is absolutely disgusting how they sent the vinyl very dirty with footmarks and damaged on few places.
