"Awful delivery"
After ordering I have no indication on delivery for around three days.
Then once I had an email giving me a window of three days later the following week.
I had to rearrange a few things because of a delay. But wasn't end of the world.
Delivery week came, still no update which day it would be . First expected delivery arrives. Still no update.
Sent an email , no reply.
Second day comes and at 6.30am and update through the SHOP app says delivery between 9am -11am.
Perfect, I arrange the fitter for the afternoon.
I received a text around 9am with possibly the worst grammar I've seen. I couldn't even understand it!
I rang the number only to be told there is a delay but they will be there around 12, again no problem.
12 comes and goes, I ring again to be told it will be 5pm.
I contact my fitted to tell him to come the following day as we close at 5pm.
5pm when I would normally close I stay back because I don't want the £30 fee for redelivery.
However I'm then told it will be 9pm delivery 🫣.
I wait till 9pm, 4 hours after I should have finished work.
It wasn't a great experience all round.
Price always about average for Vinyl but after paying £20 for delivery, that's the sore bit..

Was easy to order online and an extra 2 cm to play with. Also thanks to the markings underneath it was a great help to cut and lay down.

Waited a week for a carpet, in the age of online shopping this is not really good, if the delivery had been 48 - 72 hours this would have been 5 stars
