Carpet was nothing like online pics and if I wanted it refunded they wanted £75 to take the carpet back .
Customer service advisor said
“ the carpet is the same colour just brush the like they other way” never heard such ridiculous bs . Fact it’s nothing like the advertised carpet colour & they know it but will refund be if I put them £75 fee for collecting & cutting fee (what ever that is) . I will never buy from this company again .
Delivery drivers took the carpet upstairs for me and made all my hall way walls dirty & one got poo/mud on my new stair carpet & they didn’t even take the roll out of the middle of the carpet which is what should have been done to move it , hence their wrecking my place to get it upstairs. No common sense, no respect for peoples properties & awful over all services .
Avoid .

I received my order on June 21st between 3-4pm. I had a company come out within 2 hours to fit the floor, upon opening the roll of flooring they realised that they could not fit the flooring due to there being giant rip through the whole entire roll across the centre. I immediately phoned carpet warehouse, they were closed so I left a voicemail with my name and number and my reason for calling. On Monday morning the 24th June I phoned carpet warehouse to follow up from my voicemail and to see what they could do. I was told to send an email with photos and someone would be in touch. I did exactly that. I then phoned back up on the tuesday 25th and was told someone would contact me by the end of the day. 11pm on the 25th I get an email saying I am not entitled to any compensation or return due to not reporting the issue within 48 hours? I reported the issue on voicemail THE SAME DAY it got delivered. I have them phoned them twice more to follow up on this issue and they are saying I didn’t report the issue until the 26th of June? It isn’t even the 26th of June yet!
They are refusing to acknowledge their mistake and they are refusing to rectify it. I had to pay a couple of hundred pounds for floor, I had to pay for a company to prep my floor ready for the flooring, I had to pay for the company to come out to fit the floor even though they were unable to due to the rip! I am now hundreds of pounds out of pocket and still NO FLOORING.
