Product appears fine but customer service follow up actions and communication is appalling - multiple phone calls to try to resolve matters and even today, only a part delivery due to a mistake in the despatch department....the saga continues!

"Top service on order of Ted Baker GeoTiles"

I bought the Ted Baker GeoTiles to use to update some Victorian Fireplaces in the bedrooms. The first box arrived with a breakage and missing the coating/finish on the tiles (I have ordered these tiles before so knew when they arrived and were rough instead of smooth that there was a fault). After emailing regarding this BCT sent over a replacement box which arrived within a couple of days and in perfect condition. Service was very good and the tiles themselves are gorgeous, which is probably evident - I think I've had something like 4 boxes now!

Product was generally good quality - however delivery was appalling. Order was supposed to arrive on the Thursday, so I took a day off work to wait in for it. 1/3 boxes arrived. I called to reschedule for delivery on the Saturday (as the tiles were being installed that weekend). Waited at home on Saturday until 4pm - called delivery co. and told tiles were held in a trailer with no explanation of why and when the tiles would be delivered.
Called British Ceramic Tile on Monday who assured me that 2 new boxes would be sent out later that week. That evening, delivery company delivers one more box and sent me a notification of the delivery to our address of 2 boxes. I sent a note querying delivery of 2nd box (to which I got no response). The following day I got a call from a neighbor up the road and round the corner (on a completely different street but with the same house number as ours) saying a box had been left outside their door. I specifically asked both BCT and the delivery company to not leave the tiles with neighbors as they were heavy and it was not acceptable to leave such heavy items with others. We had to drive to pick the tiles up - when we opened them. The box had burst and quite a few of the tiles had cracked and been chipped.
I have had no further confirmation from BCT on the tiles they were apparently sending out. Also it’s Teri me we had to pay delivery for such terrible “delivery”.
