DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they overcharge and do not do the job right first time. To sort out a simple toilet cistern job they charged £277.20 for the first call out and £210 for the second call out. The first time their plumber failed to complete the job correctly. They also overcharged for a part by over £55. Total cost for fixing a toilet £487.20p. Really ??? We have now notified the One Show and also working with CAB and Martin Lewis to see what they can do. Be careful their call out charges are extremely high.
