Great experience with Able group

Blocked outside drains at my mother's premises in rural Norfolk - not an easy place to get to! I filled in an online form early on a Saturday morning and had a call by 730 am!

We arranged for a drainage plumber to arrive that morning and agreed on a price, which I considered very reasonable and probably half what I was expecting given the location of the premises and the difficulty of the work.

The engineer (Paul) arrived on time and went above and beyond to get the job done completely and successfully, he impressed everyone with his knowlage and can-do attitude. There were no hidden payments, no unnecessary discussion and the whole thing was an example of efficiency. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.
