Abel plumber came out in January. Charged just shy of £450 to fix a leak. 2 months later I had another leak in the same place. I called a local plumber to fix this. I requested a refund for the cost of the plumber plus the £200 I had to give a neighbour. They offered me £100 in total. I refused this.
I was in a rush to get the second leak fixed which is why I didn’t ring Abel.
They took advantage of a disabled lady living in her own. Absolutely disgusting

I have been in contact with one of your reps and have told them I have initiated a chargeback
