"Called for emergency plumber on Sunday…"

Called for emergency plumber on Sunday 6th April for broken toilet and charged £189 for him to come out and was told no discount for oaps on Sundays. Plumber came said needed part and left with toilet still running nonstop and would return Monday. Returned Monday with wrong part and went away to get another part. Returned again fixed toilet and went. Toilet now does not flush as well as before and makes a banging noise while flushing. Did not get any discount for work being done on the Monday not the Sunday and total cost went up to £292.80 can't afford to get you back to put this right as its already cost me one weeks pension. If I had known this would not be repaid on the Sunday I could have called someone on the Monday to repair it.
