"No transparency at all "

1 is too much for this company. They should be ashamed to call themselves a repairman. This is a completely non-transparent company. They made me sign a form not filled in from the engineering, then the guy left, and after 2 minutes he knocked the door with the filled in sheet and my signature previously countersigned, as invoice. The amount of nothing has been charged, it had gone from 92 to 110.40. At the time I didn't pay attention, because we had agreed on 92 pounds. The guy made me sign that has spent 30 minutes, when he was only there for 10. Don't sign anything. Absolutely disgusted. My problem, the electricity had gone out, as too many appliances were on at the same time. That cost 110.40.
Stay away from this company. All reviews will be made by
their acquaintances, because they do not correspond to
reality. Stay away from them.

I had a most offputting initial call where the operator would not listen to what I was telling her and I almost abandoned the call. However, the team of two who attended were extremely pleasant, helpful and thorough. Attentive to the problem and dealt with my stoppage very effectively. They were helpful and ensured everything was working again. They also gave me some valuable further advice to help to avoid the issue again. The team earned the 5 stars, not the call handler!
