"Best switch ever made"

I was called about switching to E-swipe. At first I was not impressed and wanted to end the call as we have been with Moneris for a very long time and usually when you switch to another company for anything it is usually a large headache.
This was far from that. First I found out that I would be saving the company hundreds of dollars every month and the rates would never increase. then when the switch started it was extremely easy, all I had to do was turn on the machine and make on phone call and I was ready to start using the new very easy machine.
The customer care people are very polite and helpful.

The gentlemen that assisted me with the setup of our new machines was really great. Patient, knowledgeable, and took his time for questions.

Having funds "on hold" due to security/fraudulant reasons, without any notification and waiting for the money to be refunded seems very unfair being a business owner.
Kishan reassured me the money would be refunded and a follow up one way or the other.
He is always very professioal and takes his job to the next level of customer service.

"Good product, poor implementation process"

I was sold on the product so I will provide credit to that, but the follow-through with the implementation of the service thereafter was sub-par, to say the least. Took almost 2 months. Attempts at contact were difficult and unhelpful, and lengthy in response times.

"They LEGIT harass us"

They LEGIT harass us. Called x4 today. This has been going on for OVER A WEEK
Does this make me EVER want to deal with them?

"Absolutely appalling"

Absolutely appalling. Multiple charges for hundreds of dollars from them and i never even registered the terminals. Multiple promises to send me return instruction and never did. Im out more than $1000 now and not once have i used the services.

Liars and thiefs. Run from this company or they will drain your account. Now i have to close my account
