Michelle at eSwipe was great at helping me the Customer. Straight answers to my questions and for me, she won me back as an eSwipe customer - I had called to cancel my service.

The eSwipe terminal is very good. But the charges are way higher than what they have promised. I called them a few times and today Michelle called me. She was very pleasant and helpful. I like her very much. I will check my Dec. bills and hope my issues got all resolved.

I have been with Eswipe/elevon for a few years now and it’s been nothing but pulling teeth. There’s a hard time where I get a knowledgable agent?! But for the most part either don’t like their job, they’re impatient or they don’t have the exact knowledge I could puncture how to lose connection. This time Michelle Wayde made my experience, pleasurable knowledgable and successful. She is one of your best agents ever.

As a business owner, I know how glowing and damaging reviews can be, I can never recommend this company to anyone, their charge hiding fees I decided to cancel and get another company, and I signed a cancellation form, and there confirmed it, after six months I notice there charging my account every month. contact them to return my money there told me there can only return 3 months at of 6month. both 3month and six months I see nothing.

The after sale service is non existent, have been waiting for over a week for service, sending texts with no reply and calling with no answer. The sales pitch was good, too bad it's not followed through.
