False promises.. thats it. run away from this company. The Sales Rep Robert Regal called me personally/on store/emailed/texted with this great offer for .25% payment processing. which i many times asked how you are able to give for such cheap rates. but he assured because of bulk clients we can provide this rate. i was with first data with 1.41% and he made actual calculations based on the processing that i would be able to save at least $400 per month in processing fee. but since i got charged almost 2%in total processing fee, its practically impossible to reach to them via text or call, they just say someone will call but barely anything happens, and on top of it i believe elavon payments also know that eswip does these things, when i called them they basically said its eswipe that you have to talk to not us. probably tired of eswipe customers reaching to them after the monthly statement.

My sales rep Stephanie informeda me all about my agreement and rates, and did not inform me that my lease had 16 months on it. An extra $947! If you are auditing a contract, you need to be clear on the costs to switch. I feel cheated and ripped off. I am trying to see what eswipe can do for this major oversight in their sales rep.

"More Advanced debt machines"
These are more advanced machines they work as POS and debt machines. At the beginning we had some problems with them but now working very good. I had some issues with one of the machines I send an email to Lyne, she delivered my message right away. Then khadijah called and promised to send me a free machine. I am still waiting for the new machine.

The experience was great because of the prompt service. Kishan was my first point of contact and got us started, he was very helpful. Ali was our sales rep and got us set up with the new terminals & Usama walked me through all the steps to get set up and even sent a follow up email that I asked him for with the priority steps. From the beginning of looking into getting new terminals until we set them up, it was all very easy. Thank you to all who helped us out, Kishan, Ali & Usama!!
