I had called in regarding some questionable fees and Michelle's able to help me out immediately. This was the first time ever, when dealing with card processing companies, that I didn't have to over explain myself in regards to what had happened or fight for some help. She also went over and beyond to help me out with what might be future issues and that I am grateful for. Thank you Michelle for answering the phone that day!

I had to change the address on my account because it was incorrect. Plus I needed a new sticker to return some equipment and I have been sent FedEx but we don’t have FedEx in our region so I needed to get a Purolator sticker sent and a wonderful lady name Michelle helped me out, she was awesome. She was easy to understand she was clear concise and got it done! Super friendly. I hope if I ever have to call in again that I get Michelle. Just in a short conversation I felt like I’ve known her for years.

I called Eswipe to close my account on Feb. 28 but they closed Feb. 06 that is where nightmare started. I called 6 or 7 customer service at Eswipe and Elavon to re-activate my account. CS at ES told me talk to EL and CS at EL told me talk ES and finally ES CS said "it will be activated tomorrow, nothing happened next day. I called another ES CS and was told "It will be activated tomorrow possibly within few hours". Nothing happened next day. I was so frustrated but called ES CS again, thanks God Michelle took my call this time, she not only listened but acted and coordinated with Elavon. After 20 minutes I talked to Michelle our debit terminal was in action. Thanks Michelle we really appreciate your professional action. Y2 cafe
