The issue I initially had with eSwipe was not caused by them and has been resolved. It was with the processor with the assistance of eswipe and especially Clare, her guidance provided me with the means to have this issue corrected.
I would advise anyone using the service of eswipe to put your trust and faith into what they provide and the knowledge that they have service reps that actually care about their clients and want the best results for them......as Clare has proven, shows how customer minded they are. Thank you Clare and there needs to be more reps everywhere, that have your standards and understanding!

"Eswipe fees"
I called eswipe this morning because again, my monthly fees are high and Mickey who first called me to switch me from Mondo to your company, promised that my rates would be much lower. Brianne whom I got to talk to was helpful, pleasant and professional. She said that processing rates have gone up in general so rather than cancel my plans with eswipe which I had planned on doing, I decided to stay on for a little while more and see what happens. ( my fees per month from Mondo before were around $650-$700 and the fees remain unchanged after switching to eswipe for even less transactions going through my 2 machines). Anyway, great service from Brianne!
