I've been with connect fibre for over a year and never had and problems, I decided to go with a static IP address for improving my ping on meta quest 3 shooter zero calibre 2. I ordered on a Saturday and was updated Sunday, I did lose internet for some reason, the customer service was very fast and had me back running in no time. Very pleasant people. Would recommend 100%

Brilliant service!! I signed up for a brilliant introductory offer at my old address but then had to move for personal reasons. Checked that connect fibre was in the area and it was. Called them up and switched it to my new address no problem. Installation day came really straight forward. There was an issue with signal in the new house due to the composition of the walls in the house. Called connect fibre straight up as I work from home and need good signal in order to work. Set me up with a full mesh system and I can honestly say the internet blows my old supplier clean out of the water. Been with them 5 months now and no looking back. No buffering. No service drop outs. The same upload and download speeds. Totally managed by their team to keep everything running smoothly. Cannot recommend them enough. I was the first on my street to get them and now I think the guy said 3 or 4 have been installed since.

Been with connect fibre a few months now and all is working well. Install was arranged and done on the day promised, I originally ordered 150md service and a few weeks after install i was offered an upgrade to 500md which I accepted and it was done within minutes. If there is a need for maintenance work in my area I have been informed prior to work being done.

Had a call back from Corrie after registering my interest online, she spoke with me like an everyday friend no sales talk just asked the questions needed to make sure I would be happy and answering my questions with honesty not like it was coming from a script. The link sent to me to book an engineer wasn't working so sent in a message that night to enquire about it, the following morning I got a call back sadly I can't give her name as I didn't catch it but again fantastic to talk with. Not having fitted until march but if the product is as good as the staff it will be a dream partnership.
