Installation went very smoothly and the engineer was very professional and polite. Currently the only issue that needs to be addressed is the internet speed from the router to my wireless devices. This is a tremendous drop off from the speed to the router from the fibre outside.

Getting 2 Gbps Connect-Fibre broadband has been excellent. Yesterday the install went smoothly, the engineer Nick was polite, inquisitive, friendly, and overall great. I've noticed no speeds less than 2000mbps and an exceptionally low ping, I cannot fault it at all and am so relieved that I got the opportunity to go with the best provider in the UK. Had a few issues to begin with where devices would connect then a day or two later would be connected no internet managed to contact customer services and Sophie has been amazing we tried multiple ways of fixing the issue to cover all the bases and eventually we got it sorted and haven't had a problem since she was very polite and helpful and I wasn't fobbed of to other departments like other companies do she helped every step of the way.

"Fast and flawless Internet service "
I signed up for their 1Gb service about a year ago. The installation was very good the installation technicians were friendly and helpful. The quality of the service is very good I have no drop outs or throttling of the speed of the connection the price is very competitive. I have now signed up for the 2Gb speed connection. The only complaint is the lack of appointments I had arranged an appointment but due to change of plans I needed to move the appointment to a different date but none were available untill the end of February so I have had to keep the current appointment hopefully the technician will get my request to connect the TV to the WiFi as the person who will be at home is not technical minded and would struggle to get the TV connected so he can use it in my absence. They have said they will do this. I would recommend Connect Fibre to anyone as the service and rates are very good.
