Their website, their communication and their onboarding all hit the sweet spot and the service since it's been installed has been top notch. Got there in the end.. Nightmare communication at the start, replies on their live tracker taking 3-4 weeks to be answered, I eventually cancelled the installation.

After speaking with the customer service Manager Claire, I agreed to continue with the installation they then planned the installation date without anyone informing me, it was only because I messaged the FB team I knew. We changed the time and it went ahead.

Rob the engineer was first
Class, no mess, no fuss and very professional and a down to earth guy to speak to, quite frankly he's pulled this out of the park for them.

Installation was painless, if anything I'd recommend Connect Fibre to concentrate on is COMMUNICATION.

Speeds seem OK so far, only had it a day.

"WiFi connection speeds poor"

Can't fault the service, the price and the promise of upto 1gb speeds, however the reality is not so dreamy. Installation was fine the installer was great and initially the speeds were good using WiFi it was roughly 350mps on most devices. The sky Q box seemed incompatible and old tech to keep up and keep kicking the connection. That's gone now so no worries. But after an initial good run the connection speeds are not great short of installing an ethernet socket in all the rooms, I'll just have to deal I suppose, although if I do the installation I'm not confident the connection will be worth the investment as recently I have been getting 30mps over WiFi.
