I am impressed by the whole process. The installers, Ged and Simon, arrived exactly on time. They were very friendly, helpful and efficient; and they completed the installation neatly and effectively. I am very pleased with the results and have no reservations in recommending Connect Fibre.

Finally decided to leave a review.
We did not get off to a really good start when the guys who came to set up told me we couldnt have the router where we was told it was going because not enough cable, not a good start.
Since then we have had numerous phone conversations about what to do to try and solve the poor speed, in my last call I was told it was probably that my computer was out of date, Really.
Like other reviews state, they promise a lot but fail to deliver, I should have stuck with Plusnet.

"Outstanding service "

Everything was great with my fibre install from Connect Fibre. The engineers arrived at the time that was arranged, were polite and respectful of my property and very helpful making sure everything was up and running and that I was confident in using the router.
The after install care was great too, checking that everything was as it should be and that I didn’t have any issues.
