Connect fibre "saved the day" for me, I changed provider from sky as my contract was coming to an end and I was unhappy with the service, sky cancelled my contract early in error and said they could not do anything about it, so I was without broadband and I work from home, connect fibre moved my installation date forward as an emergency and 2 lovely lads Jordan and Brad came the very same day, they were so helpful and polite. I have gone from having an average speed of 17 to 150+ with Connect Fibre, cannot thank you enough, excellent customer service all around! My 11 year old son is now very happy, suits his gaming hobby to a tea!

Well still waiting for a response from Connect Fibre not a great company really if you have a problem with them. Well still not impressed cannot see me be a customer of yours until you do the right thing my current contract with BT/EE is around £110 per month and not likely to switch to yourselves more likely virgin media once everything is sorted unless you do the right thing

Order process was easy, kept me updated with progress at every stage. Install was on time and painless. Speeds are unbelievable compared to BT. All in all extremely happy with everything so far.

When I had issues with my wifi covering all areas of the house, the technical team were incredible. They helped me try out different methods before doing a deep check into my usage and identifying the source of the problem. When the team were unable to resolve the problem, connect fibre offered me an upgrade for free, throughout the remainder of my contract. A truly fantastic and supportive customer experience. Connect fibre has my highest recommendation.

Wow! What a game changer, 1gb full fibre broadband and never dropped out once. I can download and upload at amazing speeds. I live stream weekly on my art YouTube channel, (search YouTube for Matthew Palmer) and connect fibre has totally transformed this! Iām getting no frame drops or fails itās brilliant. Iād encourage anyone to sign up. They are easy to deal with and the UK based tech support is amazing, very helpful. I also have the phone service to. I love the online side of this. You can log in and view missed calls. Also playback answer phone message form anywhere in the world. The mesh option is great too. This allows you to get fast speeds throughout your property! Connect Fibre have been very good to me, they have even sponsored me and my YouTube channel! Big thanks for everything connect fibre.

Should have been installing connect fibre today. No call to tell me they are not attending. No told need new pole and they cannot give me install day. My existing broadband disconnected and no info.

I was contacted and told the two dateās engineers would come to the house to be connected but no one arrived. I took out a contract in October to be connected in December; and then only found out there was a delay when I followed it up. Now waiting for the engineers to come - just hope this doesnāt mean further delays!
