Sophie from the support team was wonderful she helped me get the correct coverage throughout the house by providing extra Nodes. Overall a superb experience, very many thanks for a job well done.

So far, booking has been painless.
Online form to quickly choose package, then a call to arrange a date. They will ring 2 hours before arrival, apparently.
Confusingly I had WhatsApp message and email saying to book a timeslot in my dashboard, but there's no provision to do so and as far as I am aware, have a date already.
Will update when installation completed and have tested the speed/reliability.
